Click on the picture, right click and choose 'save target as' (or 'Save picture as').
Choose where to save your picture and transfer it to the iPhone/iTouch.
To set the picture as your wallpaper: Home>Settings>Wallpaper>Scroll down until you see wallpaper>Choose picture>Press set(do not resize!)>Choose option>Done!
If you don't have iOS 4.0, the choose option step does not apply.
